Are SBI Email complaints even read?
Complaints received through registered email of the customers with specific details are dealt with suitably. SBI has put in place various ways and means through which customers can register their complaints. You may adopt any of the following options to register your complaint.
· Branch - By submitting an application explaining the grievances with the Branch manager of the concerned branch/home branch.
· Customer Care - By calling our toll-free number at 1-800-425-3800 / 1-800-11-22-11 and registering a complaint thereof. Please note that as an acknowledgement, complaint ticket number is provided to the customer over the call as well as through SMS.
· SMS Unhappy – If you are not happy with services offered by us, you may SMS "UNHAPPY" to 8008202020. Our executives will call you back and resolve your issues.
· CMS Portal – Customers can visit https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ and register their complaint by selecting category of complaint >> Nature of Complaint >> Nature of complaint.
For e.g. If there is a branch related issue, customers can select General Banking category >> Branch related under product & services and select suitable nature of complaint from the list of options available.
